4º Prémio Bandas Desenhadas – Nomeação / Nomination

O 4º Prémio Bandas Desenhadas, por BandasDesenhadas.com, anunciou a última ronda de nomeações, Extemporâneas, para as distinções aos autores e obras publicadas em 2022. Nesta fase final, o colectivo Tágide, que integro, foi indicado na categoria Melhor Antologia, por Outras Bandas #8, e a BD “Terça-feira” foi nomeada para Melhor BD Curta; a história foi escrita por Travis Johnson e Liliana Johnson, desenhada e balonada por Daniel Maia, com meios-tons meus, incluída originalmente na antologia A Matter of Right.
Os vencedores são revelados no 17º FIBDB, daqui a alguns meses.

The 4th Bandas Desenhadas Awards, promoted by BandasDesenhadas.com, has announced its last Extemporaneous round of nominations, for the distinctions for authors and works published in 2022. In this final stage, the Tágide collective, that I also partake in, was indicated in Best Anthology, for Outras Bandas #8, and the short comic “Tuesday” was nominated for Best Short Comic; the story was written by Travis Johnson and Liliana Johnson, drawn and lettered by Daniel Maia, with grey-tones by me, and was originally released in the anthology A Matter of Right.
The winners will be revealed at the 17th FIBDB, in a few months.

FC Porto: Fevereiro / February

O FCP-BD: 2022/2023 continua em Fevereiro com duas novas campanhas publicitárias de jogos em casa, sendo elas focadas nas claques femininas, destacando também a Casa da Música e o jogador Toni Martínez, e os adeptos veteranos, que torcem pelas equipas desde há décadas, com o Campo da Constituição em pano de fundo, onde começou a história do clube.
As sequências foram escritas/desenhadas por Daniel Maia, com coloração digital minha.

The FCP-BD: 2022/2023 continues in February with two new advertising campaigns for home matches, focused on the female fans, also featuring the House of Music and spanish player Toni Martínez, and the veteran fans, that have rooted for the team since decades back, with the Constitution Field in the background, where the club’s history began.
The sequences were writen/drawn by Daniel Maia, with digital coloring by me.

FC Porto: Estudos de Cor I / Color guides I

O projecto de BD/campanha publicitária FCP-BD: 2022/2023 atingiu a primeira metade no seu curso no início de 2023, com as primeiras 9 sequências divulgadas online e em diversos outros canais de informação. O trabalho, escrito e desenhado por Daniel Maia, tem cor digital minha, que tenho partilhado aqui desde o início da temporada.
Enquanto não chega uma nova campanha, hoje mostro os meus estudos preliminares das pranchas, sob esboços de Daniel, utilizados para aprovação do clube…

The comics/advertising campaign project FCP-BD: 2022/2023 reached the first half of its course in early 2023, with the first 9 sequences released online and also in several other news channels. The work, which is written and drawn by Daniel Maia, has digital colors by me, that I have been sharing here since the season began.
Until a new comics page arrives, today I show my preliminary studies, based on sketches by Daniel, used for approval by the club…

FC Porto: Janeiro / January

A Taça de Portugal regressa em 2023 e nesta 8ª Campanha da publicidade FCP-BD: 2022/2023, demos destaque aos adeptos mais veteranos e à zona da Ribeira, onde não podia faltar a célebre Francesinha. O jogador em foco foi o avançado Wenderson Galeno!
A banda desenhada foi colorida por mim, e escrita e desenhada por Daniel Maia.

The Portuguese Cup returns in 2023 and in this 8th FCP-BD: 2022/2023 advertising campaign, we highlighted the most veteran fans and the Ribeira area, where the famous Francesinha could not be missing. The player in focus was striker Wenderson Galeno!
The comic was colored by me, and written and drawn by Daniel Maia.

Tágide: Cadavre Exquis II

Na sequência das fotos partilhadas dos Encontros Tágide, mostro agora colaborações de BD em modo cadavre exquis, que o grupo costuma fazer por brincadeira. Cadavre Exquis, aplicados à banda desenhada, são, essencialmente, narrativas colectivas em que cada autor contribui com uma vinheta ou página, avançando a acção sem um argumento ou ideia pré-definidos.

Embora não seja adepta de desenhar “fora do expediente,” participo nestes desafios ocasionalmente: a primeira vez, em 2015, no projecto Cadáver Esquisito!, que depois expandi para 2 páginas; na conclusão da experiência Cadavres para Iniciantes #1, no meu 1º curso BD Montijo, em 2018; no encontro Tertúlia BD de Lisboa #414, em 2018; e projecto “Ossadas do Ofício,” em que fiz a prancha inicial, uma do meio e final, entre 2019-2020, mais tarde compilado no fanzine Outras Bandas #3. Fiz ainda algumas participações nos cadavres exquis avulsos dos Encontros Tágide – aqui ficam...

Following the shared photos of the Tágide Gatherings, I now show my comics collaborations in cadavre exquis mode, which the group usually does for fun. Cadavre Exquis, applied to comics, are, essentially, collective narratives in which each author contributes with a vignette or a page, advancing the action without a pre-defined script or idea.

Although I'm not a fan of drawing “in downtime,” I occasionally participate in these challenges: the first time, in 2015, in the project Cadáver Esquisito!/Weird Corpse!, which I later expanded to 2 pages; at the conclusion of the Cadavres para Iniciantes/Cadavres for Beginners #1 experience, in my 1st BD Montijo course, in 2018; at Lisbon Comics Gathering #414, in 2018; and project “Ossadas do Ofício/Bones of the Trade,” in which I made the initial panel, a mid and a final one, between 2019-2020, later compiled in the fanzine Outras Bandas #3. I also partook in a couple of random exquis cadavres at the Tágide Gatherings – here they are…

Tágide: Mais encontros / More gatherings

Após o rescaldo sobre as actividades profissionais de 2022, começo as publicações de 2023 ainda olhando para o ano passado, nomeadamente para os Encontros Tágide, que reúnem os autores deste grupo informal, agora sediado no Ateneu Popular de Montijo.

Apresentado preliminarmente no encontro Tertúlia BD de Lisboa #414, em Dezembro 2018, mas oficialmente fundado em Março de 2019, na sequência dos meus cursos BD Montijo: Iniciação à Arte Sequencial, estes convívios/ateliês criativos decorreram quinzenalmente durante o primeiro ano, passando depois a encontros virtuais durante os anos de pandemia e, actualmente, aconteceu presencialmente 1 vez por mês, descartando as ocasiões em que os colegas participam em eventos da especialidade, tais como exposições ou festivais (ver mais fotos aqui).

No ano transacto, para além de participado brevemente na iniciativa Tágide: Heróis Portugueses II, estive na maioria dos encontros, partilhando leituras recentes e colaborando em alguns cadavres exquis em BD que o grupo costuma ali desenhar.

Como sempre, é muito gratificante acompanhar a evolução autoral dos colegas – alguns, ex-alunos – e poder privar em espírito de camaradagem e trocar ideias sobre banda desenhada e ilustração!

After the aftermath of my 2022’ professional activities, I begin the publications for 2023 still looking at last year, namely to Tágide Meetings, which bring together the authors of this informal group, now located at Ateneu Popular de Montijo.
Preliminaryly presented at Lisbon Comic-Books Gathering #414, in December 2018, but officially founded in March 2019, following my courses BD Montijo: Initiation to Sequential Art, these creative workshops/social gatherings took place fortnightly during the 1st year, then to virtual meetings during the pandemic years and, currently, have happened face-to-face once a month, not counting occasions when colleagues participate in specialty events, such as exhibitions or festivals (see more photos here).

Last year, in addition to participating briefly in the Tágide: Portuguese Heroes II initiative, I attended most of the meetings, sharing recent readings and collaborating on some cadavres exquis in comics that the group usually draws there.
As always, it is very rewarding to follow the authorial evolution of my colleagues – some, former students – and to be able to share in a spirit of camaraderie and exchange ideas about comics and illustration!

2022 em Revisão | 2022 in Review

Ano novo, desafios novos! Mas primeiro, vou rever a actividade profissional de 2022, tal como fiz noutros anos…

Depois da edição da antologia norte-americana A Matter of Right (Variance Press) no finalzinho de 2021, o novo ano arrancou no início de Fevereiro, com a publicação de BD Montijo: Iniciação à Arte Sequencial - Antologia I (CMM), que reuniu as bandas desenhadas curtas criadas pelos meus alunos nos cursos que coordenei para o município entre 2018 e 2020. A par da publicação, cuja capa ilustrei, também houve uma exposição na Casa Mora – Museu Municipal de Montijo, que apresentou não só estes trabalhos como muitos outros que ficaram por concluir e que encerrou em estilo estes projectos.

A seguir, houve espaço para destaque pessoal. Após uma página biográfica na secção BD2 do BandasDesenhadas.com, veio a entrevista para o podcast Conversa H-Alt, de Sérgio Santos, e, por fim, a entrevista com a colega e ex-aluna Patrícia Costa no podcast C.A.L.K., de Yves Darbos. Ainda nesse registo, Março presenteou-me com nova nomeação na categoria Melhor Obra Curta do (XIX) Troféus Central Comics, com a história “Menino Perdido,” incluída no fanzine Outras Bandas #4, do ano transacto. O próprio fanzine também foi nomeado, como Melhor Publicação Independente.

Em Abril, participei no III Barreiro IlustraBD com o lançamento do livro Os Animais nos Provérbios, em parceria com a editora Fernanda Frazão, derivativo de um baralho de cartas de jogar. No mesmo mês, foi lançado CoBrA: Operação Goa, de Marco Calhorda (arg.) e Daniel Maia (des.), pela editora Ala dos Livros, no qual colaborei com a cor e design da sobrecapa do álbum, mais um print exclusivo; esta edição foi considerada uma das melhoras obras de BD portuguesas do ano, com imensas críticas profissionais em jornais, televisão e sites especializados, para além de – até agora – obter duas nomeações no sector, para Melhor Ilustração em Obra Nacional, no 4º Prémio Bandas Desenhadas, e no prestigiante 33º Prémios BD da Amadora, para Melhor Obra de BD por Autor(es) Nacional.

Em Maio, regressaram em força os Encontros Tágide e regressaram também os festivais de BD, como 17º FIBDB, onde participei com a exposição “Antropormofizações das Estações do Ano,” com Daniel Maia, e com os lançamentos das antologias Aurora Boreal em Reflexos Partilhados (Kafre/Arga Warga), de José de Matos-Cruz e artistas convidados, sobre a personagem que co-criei, e Outras Bandas #7 – Heróis Portugueses II (Tágide), com diversos colegas do grupo, que reuniu a 2ª parte da nossa homenagem às principais personagens da BD portuguesa.
Também participei com Daniel Maia em entrevista sobre o álbum, no videocast Arautos da BD, de Gustavo Carreira, no Youtube.

Os meses de verão viram o arranque do projecto inovador FCP-BD: 2022/2023, que pôs a banda desenhada a serviço de campanha publicitária para o actual campeão nacional de futebol, FC Porto. Aqui, o Daniel Maia escreve, desenha e balona tiras de BD sobre o clube, jogadores e adeptos, que são difundidos online, para atrair os fãs ao estádio. Para mim, o desafio tem estado na cor digital das páginas, algo que nunca tinha feito a nível comercial e tão publicamente!

Terminado o verão, surge nova edição de Outras Bandas #8, com trabalhos de BD inéditas, onde colaboro com versão portuguesa da BD “Terça-feira,” de A Matter of Right, por Travis e Liliana Johnson (arg.) e Daniel Maia (des.), em que contribuí com tons cinzentos.
O fanzine foi apresentado no 33º Amadora BD, em que também destaquei Aurora Boreal em Reflexos Partilhados, e onde regressei a sessões de autógrafos. Acabando o ano em grande, houve ainda espaço para uma sessão de desenho ao vivo no projecto internacional Dia das Cidades Educadoras, novamente em parceria com Daniel Maia.

Entretanto, o novo ano “já mexe…” Mais novidades em breve!

New year, new challenges! But first, I will review the professional activity of 2022, as I did in other years… After the edition of the North American anthology A Matter of Right (Variance Press) at the very end of 2021, editorially the new year started in February, with the publication of BD Montijo: Initiation to Sequential Art - Anthology I (CMM), that brought together the short comics created by my students in the courses I coordinated for the city, between 2018 and 2020. Alongside the publication, whose cover I illustrated, there was also an exhibition at Casa Mora – Museu Municipal de Montijo, which presented not only these works but also many others that remained unfinished, thus closing these projects in style.
Next, there was room for personal highlighting. After a biographical page in BD2 section of BandasDesenhadas.com, came the interview for the podcast Conversa H-Alt, by Sérgio Santos, and, finally, the interview with colleague and former student Patrícia Costa on the podcast C.A.L.K., by Yves Darbos. Also in this regard, March presented me with a new nomination in the Best Short Comic category of (XIX) Trophies Central Comics, for “Lost Boy,” included last year in the fanzine Outra Bandas #4. The fanzine itself was also nominated for Best Independent Publication.

In April, I participated in III Barreiro IlustraBD with the release of the book Animals in Proverbs, in partnership with publisher Fernanda Frazão, derived from a deck of playing cards. In the same month, CoBrA: Operation Goa, by Marco Calhorda (script) and Daniel Maia (art), was released by Ala dos Livros, in which I collaborated paiting and designing the GN dustcover, plus an exclusive Print; this edition was considered one of the years’ the best portuguese comics works, with many professional reviews in newspapers, television and specialized websites, in addition to – so far – obtaining two nominations in the field, for Best Illustration in a Portuguese Book, at 4th Comic Books Awards, and at the prestigious 33rd Amadora BD Awards, for Best Comic Book by Portuguese Author(s).

In May, the Tágide Meetings returned in force and the comic book festivals also returned, such as 17th FIBDB, where I participated with the exhibition “Anthropormofization of the Seasons,” with Daniel Maia, and with the release of the anthologies Aurora Boreal in Shared Reflections (Kafre/Arga Warga), by José de Matos-Cruz and guest artists, about the character I co-created, and Outras Bandas #7 – Portuguese Heroes II (Tágide), by colleagues from the group, which brought together the 2nd part of our tribute to Portuguese comics’ main characters.
I also participated with Daniel Maia in an interview about the GN, on the videocast Arautos da 9ª Arte, by Gustavo Carreira, on Youtube.

The summer months saw the start of the innovative project FCP-BD: 2022/2023, which put sequential art at the service of an advertising campaign for the current national football champion, FC Porto. Here, Daniel Maia writes, draws and letters the comics pages about the club, the players and their fans, which are disseminated online, to attract supporters to the stadium. For me, the challenge has been in the coloring of the pages, something I had never done commercially and so publicly!

With the end of the summer, a new edition of Outras Bandas #8 appears, with unpublished comic works, where I collaborate with the Portuguese version of the comic story “Tuesday,” from A Matter of Right, by Travis and Liliana Johnson (script) and Daniel Maia (art), in which I contributed with gray tones.
The fanzine was presented at the 33rd Amadora BD, where I also featured Aurora Boreal in Shared Reflections, and where I returned to do autograph sessions. Ending the year on a high note, there was still room for a live drawing session in the international project International Day of Educational Cities, again in partnership with Daniel Maia.

BD Montijo: Antologia I – BDs / Comics

O blogue TágideBD dedicou o mês de Dezembro a destaques às obras curtas em banda desenhada incluídas no álbum BD Montijo: Iniciação à Arte Sequencial – Antologia I, da Câmara Municipal de Montijo, alusivo aos cursos que coordenei entre 2018 e 2020.

Com 45 formandos no total (lotação esgotada!), os três cursos formaram 30 alunos, dos quais 20 concluíram o projecto final de criação de BDs, que a antologia compilou e que estiveram expostas na Casa Mora – Museu Municipal de Montijo. Entre estes, encontramos (do 1º curso) António Coelho, Filipe Duarte, Maria João Claré, Mário André, Patrícia Costa, Rui Serra e Moura, Shania Santos, Tiago Martins, (do 2º curso) João Mateus, Lucas de Sousa, Tatiana Ferreira, e (do 3º curso) Alexandre Silva, Beatriz Fernandes, Filipa Lopes, João Gabriel Coelho, João Pedro Marques, Jorge Rodrigues, José Bandeira, Rafael Marquês e Yves Darbos; dos quais 14 autores foram estreantes absolutos, e outros, com experiência no mercado, reciclaram conhecimentos, e há ainda que salientar que 5 alunos vieram a vencer concursos na sequência do curso e/ou a iniciar percurso editorial no mercado de BD português!

Complementar aos cursos, os módulos de atelier convidaram para colóquios os artistas profissionais e formadores Penim Loureiro – escritor do pósfacio do volume –, Paulo Monteiro e Pedro Vieira Moura, a par do autor Daniel Maia, na função de formador-assistente – escritor do levantamento histórico sobre banda desenhada no Montijo.

Quem não teve acesso ao volume ou visitou a exposição, pode assim ficar a conhecer as BDs feitas pelos formandos.

Pela minha parte, foi um enorme desafio e prazer coordenar estes projectos, e um grande orgulho ver o resultado dos trabalhos destes novos talentos.

The TágideBD blog dedicated the month of December to highlights of the short works in comics included in the album BD Montijo: Initiation to Sequential Art – Anthology I, by the Municipality of Montijo, allusive to the courses I coordinated between 2018 and 2020.
With 45 trainees in total (sold out!), the three courses trained 30 students, of which 20 completed the final project to create comics, which the anthology compiled and which were exhibited at Casa Mora – Museu Municipal de Montijo. Among these, we find (from the 1st course) António Coelho, Filipe Duarte, Maria João Claré, Mário André, Patrícia Costa, Rui Serra e Moura, Shania Santos, Tiago Martins, (from the 2nd course) João Mateus, Lucas de Sousa, Tatiana Ferreira , and (from the 3rd course) Alexandre Silva, Beatriz Fernandes, Filipa Lopes, João Gabriel Coelho, João Pedro Marques, Jorge Rodrigues, José Bandeira, Rafael Marquês and Yves Darbos; of which 14 authors were complete newcomers, and others, with experience in the market, recycled knowledge, and it should also be noted that 5 students won competitions following the course and/or starting an editorial career in the Portuguese comics market!

Alongside the courses, the atelier modules invited professional artists and trainers Penim Loureiro – writer of the volume’s postscript –, Paulo Monteiro and Pedro Vieira Moura, along with author Daniel Maia, in the role of assistant trainer – survey writer history of comics in Montijo.
Those who did not have access to the volume or visited the exhibition can thus get to know the comics made by the students.

For my part, it was a huge challenge and pleasure to coordinate these projects, and a great pride to see the result of the work of these new talents.

Futebol Clube do Porto: BD 7 / Comic 7

Terminado o Campeonato Mundial de Futebol, os clubes retomam actividade regular. Em Dezembro, a campanha de publicidade FCP-BD 2022/2023 leva-nos ao Teatro Rivoli e Praça de Dom João I, onde os adeptos mais novos fantasiam enquanto jogam à bola. Uma vez no Estádio do Dragão, os ânimos avivam-se ao ver os seus ídolos jogar!
A sequência foi escrita, desenhada e balonada por Daniel Maia, com cores digitais minhas.

With the Football World Cup over, the clubs resume regular activity. In December, the FCP-BD 2022/2023 advertising campaign takes us to the Rivoli Theater and Dom João I Square, where younger fans fantasize while playing ball. Once at the Dragon Stadium, their excitement is triggered by watching their idols play!

Aurora Boreal em Reflexos Partilhados: Críticas / Reviews

A antologia Aurora Boreal em Reflexos Partilhados, coeditada por Kafre, do escritor José de Matos-Cruz, e por Arga Warga, do autor Daniel Maia, com trabalhos destes e de Fernando Vilhena de Mendonça, João Raz, José Bandeira, Nuno Dias, Renato Abreu, do mestre José Ruy, e meus, mereceu uma crítica de Hugo Pinto, no blogue Vinheta2020. Aqui fica parte da análise:

“Devo admitir que o alcance das histórias deste livro me surpreendeu (...) pois não conhecia todo o envolvimento em torno da personagem de Aurora Boreal. E talvez por esse motivo, fiquei quase atordoado com toda a viagem onírica que esta personagem transporta consigo e que está bem patente nas várias histórias que constituem esta antologia.
Dito por outras palavras, se esperam encontrar uma leitura simples e leve, como é, muitas vezes, apanágio das antologias de banda desenhada, Aurora Boreal em Reflexos Partilhados não será para vós. Por outro lado, se apreciam poesia, questões do metafísico e banda desenhada… é bem provável que devam conhecer esta antologia.

A personagem que dá mote a estas histórias foi criada em 2012 por José de Matos-Cruz e apareceu na sua trilogia de livros dedicados a O Infante Portugal. É uma figura feminina e sensual, carregada de elementos cósmicos, que a fazem parecer uma deusa do imaginário.
Não diria que exista nestas histórias uma linha narrativa que nos conte uma história concreta à volta da personagem. Ao invés, vão-nos sendo dado abordagens diferentes que colocam Aurora Boreal em variadas situações. Mas há sempre um toque de fantástico, de exótico e de transcendente nestas histórias.

Em muitos casos – não há como não – o leitor acaba por se perder na própria premissa, já que a mesma é demasiado lata e abstrata. No entanto, por vezes também sabe bem deixarmo-nos levar por narrativas mais psicadélicas. É o caso.
O estilo de ilustração que aqui podemos encontrar é expetavelmente muito variado, dada a quantidade de autores que participam na antologia. Destacam-se o belo estilo de sketch a carvão de Susana Resende, o estilo realista de Daniel Maia, o estilo mais clássico de José Ruy, ou a abordagem mais estilizada e abstrata de Renato Abreu.
Como história, propriamente dita, fiquei agradavelmente surpreendido com “Aurora Boreal e o Reverso do Universo,” com desenho de José Macedo Bandeira, que nos dá um belo conto ambientado na temática de Fernando Pessoa.

Já quanto aos desenhos, enquanto confesso fã das ilustrações de Daniel Maia, posso dizer que as mesmas não desiludem e que revelam como o autor é virtuoso na execução de belos desenhos. Além disso, também tem a capacidade para ilustrar vários tipos de ambientes e histórias diferentes, o que revela que é um autor com um potencial enorme, ainda por explorar.

Em termos de edição, tendo em conta que é independente, parece-me que o trabalho é bastante decente. Este livro a preto e branco tem capa mole e um papel brilhante que me parece adequado. (…) Em suma, Aurora Boreal em Reflexos Partilhados, pelo universo alegórico-fantástico que traz consigo, é uma antologia bastante original na sua génese. Nem sempre de fácil de leitura, relembro, mas audaz nos intuitos de significados profundos que procura atingir.”

The anthology Aurora Boreal in Shared Reflections, co-published by Kafre, of writer José de Matos-Cruz, and by Arga Warga, of author Daniel Maia, with works by them and Fernando Vilhena de Mendonça, João Raz, José Bandeira, Nuno Dias, Renato Abreu, by master José Ruy, and mine, was reviewed by Hugo Pinto, on Vinheta2020 blog. Here is part of the analysis:

“I must admit that the scope of the stories in this book surprised me (...) because I didn't know all the involvement around the character of Aurora Boreal. And maybe for that reason, I was almost stunned by the dreamlike journey that this character carries with her and that is very clear in the various stories that make up this anthology.
In other words, if you expect to find a simple and light reading, as is often the hallmark of comic book anthologies, Aurora Boreal in Shared Reflections will not be for you. On the other hand, if you appreciate poetry, metaphysical issues and comics... it is very likely that you should know this anthology.

The character that sets these stories in motion was created in 2012 by José de Matos-Cruz and appeared in his trilogy of books dedicated to O Infante Portugal. She is a feminine and sensual figure, full of cosmic elements, which make her seem like a goddess of the imaginary.
I wouldn't say that there is a narrative line in these stories that tells us a concrete story around the character. Instead, we are given different approaches that place Aurora Borealis in different situations. But there is always a touch of the fantastic, the exotic and the transcendent in these stories.

In many cases – there is no way not – the reader ends up getting lost in the premise itself, as it is too broad and abstract. However, sometimes it also feels good to let yourself be carried away by more psychedelic narratives. It is the case.
The illustration style that we can find here is expected to be very varied, given the number of authors participating in the anthology. The beautiful charcoal sketch style of Susana Resende, the realistic style of Daniel Maia, the more classic style of José Ruy, or the more stylized and abstract approach of Renato Abreu stand out.
As for the story itself, I was pleasantly surprised by “Aurora Boreal e o Reverso do Universo,” with a drawing by José Macedo Bandeira, which gives us a beautiful tale set on the theme of Fernando Pessoa.

As for the drawings, while I confess to being a fan of Daniel Maia's illustrations, I can say that they do not disappoint and that they reveal how the author is virtuous in the execution of beautiful drawings. In addition, he also has the ability to illustrate many different types of environments and stories, which reveals that he is an author with enormous potential, yet to be explored.

In terms of editing, taking into account that it is independent, it seems to me that the work is quite decent. This black and white book has a soft cover and a glossy paper that I think is suitable. (…) In short, Aurora Boreal em Reflexos Partilhados, due to the allegorical-fantastic universe it brings with it, is a very original anthology in its genesis.
