Foi
anunciado esta semana o 3º Barreiro IlustraBD, o salão de banda
desenhada e ilustração que o autor João
Raz
concebeu
e promove em parceria com o município do Barreiro e administração
do Auditório
Municipal Augusto Cabrita (AMAC).
Este
evento é dedicado
exclusivamente a autores e
promove
um encontro directo entre
o público e
os
criadores, oferecendo
a estes uma ocasião para promoverem as suas edições
e comercializarem os seus trabalhos independentemente de
editoras.
Esse
encontro dá-se na inauguração, designado o Dia
do Artista.
O III Barreiro IlustraBD decorre entre 30 de Abril e 29 de Maio, no AMAC, no Parque da Cidade, com entrada gratuita.
This
week, the III Barreiro IlustraBD was announced, the comics and
illustration show that author João Raz conceived and promotes
in partnership with the Barreiro municipality and administration of
Augusto Cabrita Municipal Auditorium (AMAC). This event is
exclusively dedicated to authors and promotes a direct encounter
between the public and creators, offering the latter an opportunity
to promote their editions and market their artwork independently of
publishers. This meeting takes place at the inauguration, designated
the Artist's Day.
After
two highly successful editions, in 2018 and 2019, with almost a
hundred featured authors and around 30,000 visitors, the exhibition
was suspended during the lockdowns of recent years, now returning
with a redoubled focus on artists from Lisbon’s south bay. The
program will be released soon, but I can say that I will be present
with new editions, both mine and in partnership with the Tágide
collective.
III
Barreiro IlustraBD takes place between April 30th and
May 29th, at the AMAC, in Parque da Cidade, with
free admission.
