Cadáver Esquisito! [Arga Warga]

Chegou a mais insólita edição do ano – Cadáver Esquisito! Publicado por Arga Warga, compila o webcomic criado entre 2008-2015, que ainda é a maior banda desenhada colectiva produzida em Portugal! A iniciativa foi idealizada e coordenada por Daniel Maia, e desafiou os artistas a explorar o sistema cadavre exquis ao criarem uma página de BD para edição online, tornando-se assim também um dos primeiros webcomics serializados do país.

Traduzido do latim como cadáver excelente ou esquisito, este sistema centenário consiste na produção cooperativa encadeada, em que cada novo interveniente usa como mote da sua criação o trabalho anterior. O método foi originalmente concebido em 1925, pelo pintor surrealista André Breton, para provocar a livre associação de ideias e de imagens fora do contexto habitual, e é usado na BD portuguesa desde os anos 80, sendo também designado de comic jam.
Como a mais extensa BD colectiva portuguesa, Cadáver Esquisito! junta-se ao selecto grupo de iniciativas realizadas pelo mundo fora, possivelmente ocupando o 4º lugar, atrás da iniciativa no Festival de BD de Lyon (2016), o evento Big Nate, na Rockefeller Plaza (2014), e The Worm, coordenado por Alan Moore (1991).

Em Cadáver Esquisito!, além do desafio em cada intervenção, o projecto foi pensado para manter a coerência da intriga, sendo composto por 52 páginas por 56 autores. À BD original junta-se ‘A Vingança do Cadáver’, uma narrativa complementar que serve de epílogo da história, totalizando 58p.

Sinopse
Um incidente num hotel precipita situações insólitas que revelam uma intriga: uma trindade de Papas faz testes à inovadora tecnologia U.M.D. (Unidade Molecular Destemporizadora) criada pelo Prof. Octávio, que suspende o espaço-tempo numa área limitada. Podem os operacionais Evelina e Carlão, com os andróides Bernardo e Taz-33, mais o Eng. Ivanildo, sabotar a profana experiência e evitar o assassinato do presidente da CorpAuto, presente em seminário no hotel? E vai esta trupe sobreviver à chegada do Anjo da Morte!?

O livro foi apresentado no 20º Festival Internacional BD de Beja, na Casa da Cultura de Beja, estando ali patente com exposição colectiva em Junho, e é lançado dia 25/11 às 18h, no 36º festival AmadoraBD.

Esta minha página de BD tem dez anos, feita em 2015, na recta final do webcomic. Foi também a 3º banda desenhada que fiz e a primeira experiência em história de prancha autoconclusiva. Os desenhos foram feitos a grafite, em separado, e sempre tive pena que os detalhes dos desenhos se tivessem perdido na redução das vinhetas. Mas foi uma experiência desafiante, numa altura em que ainda estava a dar os primeiros passos na área e a perceber os processos criativos da arte sequencial.

The most sureal edition of the year has arrived – Cadáver Esquisito!/Weird Corpse! Published by Arga Warga, it compiles the webcomic created between 2008-2015, which remains the biggest collective comic book produced in Portugal! The initiative was conceived and coordinated by Daniel Maia and challenged artists to explore the cadavre exquis system by creating a single comic book page for online publication, thus also becoming one of the first serialized webcomics in the country.

Translated from Latin as excellent or weird corpse, this centuries-old system consists of chained cooperative production, in which each new player uses the previous work as a starting point for their creation. The method was originally conceived in 1925 by the surrealist painter André Breton, to encourage the free association of ideas and images outside of their usual context. It has been used in Portuguese comics since the 1980s, and is also known as a comic jam.
As the largest collective comic story in Portugal, Cadáver Esquisito! joins a select group of initiatives held around the world, possibly occupying 4th place, behind the initiative at the Lyon Comics Festival (2016), the Big Nate event at Rockefeller Plaza (2014), and The Worm, directed by Alan Moore (1991).

In Weird Corpse!, in addition to the challenge in each intervention, the project was designed to maintain the plot coherence, consisting of 52 pages by 56 authors. The original comic is joined by "The Corpse Revenge," a backup narrative that serves as an epilogue to the story, totaling 58 pages.

Synopsis
An incident at a hotel ignites unusual situations that reveal a secret plot: a trinity of Popes is testing the innovative U.M.D. (Molecular Detemporizing Unit) technology created by Professor Otávio, which suspends space-time in a limited area. Can operatives Evelina and Carlão, along with androids Bernardo and Taz-33, plus Engineer Ivanildo, sabotage the unholy experiment and prevent the assassination of the president of CorpAuto, present at a seminar at the hotel? And will this group survive the arrival of the Angel of Death!?

The book was presented at the 20th International Comics Festival of Beja, at the Casa da Cultura de Beja, and displayed there in a collective exhibition in June. It will be released on November 25th at 6pm, at the 36th AmadoraBD comics festival.

This comic page of mine is ten years old, created in 2015, in the final stretch of the webcomic. It was also my third comic story and my first attempt at a self-contained single page story. The drawings were done separately in pencil and I always regretted that the details were lost when the panels were reduced. But it was a challenging experience, at a time when I was still in my first steps in the field and beginning to understand the creative processes of sequential art.

Blacksad Stories: Weekly – Legendagem / Lettering

A Ala dos Livros acaba de lançar uma das surpresas para o último trimestre, que tive o prazer de legendar e que dá continuidade à minha colaboração com a editora após a produção de Tales from Nevermore. Trata-se do aguardado novo álbum da série Blacksad, de Juan Díaz Canales e Juanjo Guarnido, mas desta vez numa proposta diferente, com banda desenhada derivada do universo do detective privado John Blacksad.
Em Blacksad Stories – Weekly, o foco está em Dustin, um jovem furão de Nova Iorque, cuja jornada de sobrevivência e descoberta o leverá a tornar-se no célebre repórter Weekly, companheiro inseparável de Blacksad. Um história de fé, censura e segredos!

Dustin mora num pequeno apartamente em Nova Iorque, com a sua avó russa chamada Chana. Para desespero desta, uma crente devota, Dustin não tem emprego certo e sobrevive com biscates. Chana decide então pedir ajuda a Pastora Lubansky, uma ovela que lidera uma cruzada moral contra o mal, o qual, no seu entender, é personificado em edições voltadas para jovens leitores e que são – revistas de banda desenhada. O marido da pastora contrata Dustin para trabalhar no negócio “respeitável” da sua agência funerária e, embora resignado, Dustin consegue outro emprego, na Proper Comics, editora administrada por Venables, o inimigo dos Esquadrões da Virtude de Lubansky. Apesar da ameaça de censura, Venables confia a Dustin a criação de uma fotonovela, que o leva a aperceber-se de que os negócios do sr.Lubansky escondem muitos segredos…
Com uma narrativa envolvente, Blacksad Stories – Weekly mergulha nas tensões sociais e políticas que marcaram os anos 50, oferecendo aos leitores uma história de mistério, humor e crítica cultural.

Lançado em 2000 pela Dargaud, Blacksad é actualmente o mais recente mega-sucesso da banda desenhada europeia, com tiragens que se equiparam a títulos mais clássicos e se tornou um fenómeno internacional, premiada e aclamada pela crítica. Este álbum é ilustrado por Giovanni Rigano, que estudou na Escola de Banda Desenhada de Milão e na Disney Academy, tendo trabalhado em várias séries animadas. Destacou-se em obras como Monster Allergy, Daffodil, Artemis Fowl e Migrant, e regressou à Dargaud com Tête de Pioche.

Esta foi a minha primeira produção em que o cliente realizou coimpressão com a editora original, o que me apresentou novos desafios quanto a acautelar procedimentos extra na legendagem, não só para atingir os objectivos da editora portuguesa como da francesa. Mas, como fã de Blacksad, foi também um prazer conhecer em primeira-mão esta obra.

 

Ala dos Livros has just released one of its surprises for the last quarter, which I had the pleasure of lettering and that continues my collaboration with the publisher after the production of Tales from Nevermore. It's the long-awaited new book in the Blacksad series by Juan Díaz Canales and Juanjo Guarnido, but this time with a different approach, featuring a graphic novel based on the universe of private detective John Blacksad.
In Blacksad Stories – Weekly, the focus is on Dustin, a young ferret from New York, whose journey of survival and discovery will lead him to become the famous Weekly reporter, Blacksad's inseparable sidekick. A story of faith, censorship, and secrets!

Dustin lives in a small apartment in New York with his Russian grandmother named Chana. To her dismay, a devout believer, Dustin has no steady job and survives on odd jobs. Chana then decides to seek help from Pastor Lubansky, a sheep who leads a moral crusade against evil, which, in her view, is personified in comic books aimed at young readers. The pastor's husband hires Dustin to work in his "respectable" funeral home business, and although resigned, Dustin finds another job at Proper Comics, a publishing house run by Venables, the enemy of Lubansky's Virtue Squads. Despite the threat of censorship, Venables entrusts Dustin with the creation of a photo-novel, which leads him to realize that Mr. Lubansky's business hides many secrets...
With a captivating narrative, Blacksad Stories – Weekly delves into the social and political tensions that marked the 1950s, offering readers a story of mystery, humor, and cultural critique.

Released in 2000 by Dargaud, Blacksad is currently the latest mega-hit in European comics, with print runs rivaling those of more classic titles and becoming an international phenomenon, winning both award and critically acclaim. This graphic novel is illustrated by Giovanni Rigano, who studied at the Milan School of Comics and the Disney Academy, having worked on several animated series. He excelled in works such as Monster Allergy, Daffodil, Artemis Fowl, and Migrant, and returned to Dargaud with Tête de Pioche.

This was my first production in which my client co-printed with the original publisher, which presented me with new challenges in terms of taking extra steps in lettering, not only to meet the objectives of the Portuguese publisher but also the French one. But, as a Blacksad fan, it was also a pleasure to experience this work firsthand.

Formação Histórias aos Quadradinhos | Masterclass Comics Strips

A Biblioteca Municipal de S. Domingos de Rana (Tires) iniciou recentemente as comemorações do 10.º aniversário da Bedeteca José de Matos-Cruz, instalada naquela biblioteca. Com início na passada terça-feira, 14 de outubro, o local foi palco de nova formação de arte sequencial, 'Histórias aos Quadradinhos', sob a minha orientação, resultante de convite por ter estado associada como ilustradora às sagas de ficção O Infante Portugal (2007-2012) e Aurora Boreal (2018-2020), por José de Matos-Cruz.

Esta formação, a 1ª sessão de duas partes, teve o objetivo de aprofundar a compreensão da complexa linguagem e metodologias da produção de banda desenhada, procurando incentivar a expressão pessoal e a autenticidade criativa dos participantes. Contou com a participação de um pequeno grupo de alunos de Artes Visuais do ensino secundário, que regressam no dia 25 de Novembro para terminar o workshop, culminando na criação de uma ou mais páginas completas de arte sequencial.

Esta é a primeira vez que regresso à Biblioteca Municipal de S. Domingos de Rana como formadora desde o workshop Verve Digital, em 2017, o qual marcou a minha estreia como formadora, naquele caso sobre teoria da cor e técnicas de coloração digital. De lá para cá, desenvolvi percurso como professora de BD no II Curso de Banda Desenhada no Museu Bordalo Pinheiro, com convite e em parceria com Penim Loureiro, e depois nos três cursos BD Montijo: Iniciação à Arte Sequencial, a convite da C. M. de Montijo e com o apoio de Daniel Maia, seguindo-se as formações Fundamentais da BD, no II Barreiro IlustraBD e 13º BDteca, e Escola Secundária de Alcochete. E, mais recentemente, a formação Histórias aos Quadrados, sobre criação de webcomics, no 1º Festiva de Fanzines e BD de Alpiarça.
Tenho sempre imenso orgulho em referir que as minhas formações são bastante animadas e interactivas, e produzem resultados concretos junto dos formandos, que também tenho tido sorte em encontrar. Em quase 8 anos de actividade como formadora, ensinei mais de cem alunos, entre os quais formei estreantes absolutos como os agora-autores Patrícia Costa (Vencedora do Escalão A+ do Concurso de BD do 31º AmadoraBD ‘2018, 3º Prémio do Concurso de BD do 13º e 14º BDteca (2019-2020), e distinguida com os XVII Troféus Central Comics para Melhor Obra Curta (2020), XX Melhor Publicação Independente (2023) e Melhor Publicação Independente da Década (2024), mais XXII Troféus Central Comics para Melhor Publicação Independente (2025)), José Macedo Bandeira (Vencedor do Concurso de BD do 14º BDteca (2021) e Menção Honrosa no Concurso de BD ‘Fado ecoa em BD’ do Póznan Comics Festival ‘2023), João Gil (Vencedor do Concurso de BD Escalão B do 33º AmadoraBD ‘2022), Maria João Claré (Vencedora do XX Troféus Central Comics para Melhor Obra Curta (2023)), Yves Darbos (Vencedor do XXI Troféus Central Comics para Melhor Webcomic (2024)), Mário André (Menção Honrosa no Concurso de BD do 14º BDteca (2021)) e António Coelho (Menção Honrosa no Concurso de BD Escalão A+ do 32º AmadoraBD ‘2019), e mais recentemente, dois prémios para para o grupo TágIIde, composto por ex-alunos (Vencedor de Melhor Antologia, no XXII Troféus Central Comics e 6º Prémios Bandas Desenhadas).

Em breve, a administração da biblioteca vai anunciar o programa de actividades subordinadas às festividades, que vão incluir colóquios e exposições, os quais se vão estender por 2026, numa iniciativa que reforça o papel da Bedeteca José de Matos-Cruz como um espaço de promoção da cultura e da banda desenhada em Portugal.

The S. Domingos de Rana Municipal Library (Tires) recently began celebrating the 10th anniversary of the José de Matos-Cruz Comic-Book Library, located there. Beginning last Tuesday, October 14th, the library hosted a new sequential art masterclass, ‘Histórias aos Quadradinhos’/’Comics Strips Stories’ under my guidance. This session was the result of me having illustrated the fictional sagas O Infante Portugal (2007-2012) and Aurora Boreal (2018-2020), by José de Matos-Cruz.

This masterclass, the first of two sessions, aimed to deepen the understanding of the complex language and the methodologies of comic stories production, seeking to encourage personal expression and creative authenticity among the participants. A small group of high school Visual Arts students participated, returning on November 25th to conclude the workshop, which will culminate in the creation of one or more complete pages of sequential art.

This is my first time returning to the S. Domingos de Rana Municipal Library as teacher since the ‘2017 Verve Digital masterclass, which marked my debut as comics teacher, in that case on color theory and digital coloring techniques.
Since then, I have developed a career as a comics teacher, in the 2nd Comics Course at the Bordalo Pinheiro Museum, at the invitation and alongside with Penim Loureiro, and then in the three BD Montijo: Introduction to Sequential Art courses, at the invitation of Montijo City and with the support of Daniel Maia, followed by the Comics Fundamentals workshops at the 2nd Barreiro IlustraBD and 13th BDteca, plus in Alcochete Highschool. And, more recently, the Comics Strip Stories workshop, on webcomics creation, at the 1st Alpirça Fanzines and Comics Festival.
I'm always immensely proud to mention that my masterclasses are very lively and interactive, and produce concrete results with the students, whom I've also been lucky enough to meet. In almost 8 years of activity as a trainer, I have taught over one hundred students, among which are absolute beginners such as now-authors Patrícia Costa (Winner of the A+ Category of the Comic Contest at the 31st AmadoraBD '2018, 3rd Prize of the Comic Contest at the 13th and 14th BDteca (2019-2020), and awarded with the XVII Central Comics Trophies for Best Short Work (2020), the XX TCC for Best Independent Publication (2023) and II TCC:HD for Best Independent Publication of the Decade (2024), plus the XXII Central Comics Trophies for Best Independent Publication (2025)), José Macedo Bandeira (Winner of the Comic Contest of the 14th BDteca (2021) and Honorable Mention in the Comic Contest 'Fado echoes in Comics' of the Póznan Comics Festival '2023), João Gil (Winner of the B-Level Comics Contest at the 33rd AmadoraBD '2022), Maria João Claré (Winner of the XX Central Comics Trophies for Best Short Work (2023)), Yves Darbos (Winner of the XXI Central Comics Trophies for Best Webcomic (2024)), Mário André (Honorable Mention in the 14th BDteca’ Comics Contest (2021)) and António Coelho (Honorable Mention in the A+ Level Comics Contest at the 32nd AmadoraBD '2019), and most recently, two awards for the TágIIde group, made up of alumni (Winners of Best Anthology at the XXII Central Comics Trophies and 6th Comic Books Awards).

The library administration will soon announce the program of activities related to the festivities, which will include discussion panels and exhibitions, which will continue until 2026, in an initiative that reinforces the role of the José de Matos-Cruz Comics Library as a space for promoting culture and comics in Portugal.

inVISÍVEIS [CerciOeiras]

Foi anunciada a edição de inVISÍVEIS, uma antologia de banda desenhada que celebra o 50º aniversário da CerciOeiras, em que participam Daniel Maia, Hugo Pinto, Joana Afonso, Jorge Coelho, Luís Louro, Osvaldo Medina, Paulo J. Mendes, Ricardo Santo e eu.

Seis histórias de BD. Seis olhares. E um mesmo compromisso com a inclusão.

Para assinalar os 50 anos da CerciOeiras, seis ilustradores de banda desenhada portugueses reúnem-se numa obra única, coordenada pelo divulgador/crítico Hugo Pinto, que aqui se estreia também na escrita.
Cada história cruza o universo da deficiência com a missão transformadora da CerciOeiras, dando voz a experiências reais, simbólicas e sentidas. Entre o traço e a palavra, a antologia celebra a diversidade, a empatia e a força de uma organização que, desde há meio século, se dedica a “Integrar a Diferença, Construir a Inclusão”.

Tive imenso gosto em participar neste projecto, em que colori a BD que abre a edição, desenhada por Daniel Maia e escrita por Hugo Pinto, que narra o historial da instituição. Tendo o meu estágio profissional sido realizado numa Cerci, como Professora de Expressão Plástica em Arte Terapia, e desde então realizado várias colaborações artísticas com a Fenacerci – tais como performance de desenho ao vivo e ilustração do anuário –, poder regressar a esta casa, agora por via da banda desenhada, é como que um fechar de ciclo.

O álbum vai ser apresentado a 1/11 pelas 17h20 no 36º AmadoraBD e posteriormente na CerciOeiras. A edição irá ser comercializada em livrarias, revertendo a receita integralmente a favor da organização.

The release of inVISÍVEIS (inVISIBLES), a comic book anthology celebrating CerciOeiras' 50th anniversary, has been announced. It features artists Daniel Maia, Hugo Pinto, Joana Afonso, Jorge Coelho, Luís Louro, Osvaldo Medina, Paulo J. Mendes, Ricardo Santo, and myself.

Six short comics. Six perspectives. And a shared commitment to inclusion.

To mark CerciOeiras 50th anniversary, six Portuguese comics artists come together in a single work, directed by blogger/critic Hugo Pinto, who is also making his writing debut here.
Each story intersects the world of disability with CerciOeiras' transformative mission, giving voice to real, symbolic, and felt experiences. Between lines and words, the anthology celebrates the diversity, empathy, and strength of an organization that, for half a century, has dedicated itself to "Integrating Difference, Building Inclusion."

I was pleased to participate in this project, in which I colored the opening comic story, drawn by Daniel Maia and written by Hugo Pinto, which chronicles the institution's history. Having completed my professional internship at Cerci as a Professor of Visual Expression in Art Therapy, and since then having carried out several artistic collaborations with Fenacerci — such as live drawing performances and illustrations for their yearbook — to be able to return to this institution, now through comics, feels like the closing of a cycle.

The book will be presented on November 1st at 5:20pm at the 36th AmadoraBD and later at CerciOeiras. The edition will be sold in bookstores, with all proceeds going to the organization.

Anäis Nin: No Mar das Mentiras - Legendagem / Lettering

Começa a 2a temporada mais preenchida de lançamentos do ano. Com o popular festival AmadoraBD a aproximar-se, o qual antecipa a quadra natalícia com as principais edições do segundo semestre, todas as editoras preparam os seus títulos mais apelativos para apresentar aos leitores. A Editora Devir também entra na 2a metade da sua Colecção Angouléme e em Outubro publica mais um volume que tive o prazer de legendar – Anäis Nin: No Mar das Mentiras, de Léonie Bischoff.
No início da década de 1930, a escritora feminista Anaïs Nin vive nos subúrbios de Paris. Várias vezes desenraizada, insatisfeita com a sua vida de casada, cresceu em dois continentes, falava três línguas, e lutava para encontrar o seu lugar numa sociedade que relegava as mulheres para papéis secundários. Nesta romance gráfico, a autora Léonie Bischoff explora livremente a sensualidade de umas das personalidades mais fascinantes do século XX, mergulhando nas suas obras, no seu diário e na sua correspondência com o escritor Henry Miller.

Publicado em 2020, Anäis Nin: No Mar dasMentiras venceu o Prémio do Público ‘2021 do Festival Internacional de BD de Angouléme, um dos mais importantes prémios da área na Europa e que reflete a importância e reconhecimento conferido à obra, pela comunidade crítica e pelo grande público.

Para mim, como legendadora, foi um prazer trabalhar nesta obra, com cujo grafismo me identifico imenso, dado usar uma técnica de desenho com cor que também já explorei. A nível técnico, não foi um livro fácil de legendar, por causa da fonte em caixa baixa, mas felizmente tive capacidade para aproximar a legendagem em português da original.

The 2nd busiest release season of the year begins. With the popular AmadoraBD comics festival approaching, which anticipates the Christmas season with the main editions of the second half of the year, all publishers are preparing their most attractive titles to present to readers. Publisher Devir is also entering the second half of its Angouléme Collection and in October will publish another volume that I had the pleasure of lettering – Anäis Nin: In the Sea of Lies, by Léonie Bischoff.
In the early 1930s, feminist writer Anaïs Nin lives in the suburbs of Paris. Often uprooted, dissatisfied with her married life, she grew up on two continents, spoke three languages, and struggled to find her place in a society that relegated women to secondary roles. In this graphic novel, author Léonie Bischoff freely explores the sensuality of one of the most fascinating figures of the 20th century, delving into her works, her diary, and her correspondence with writer Henry Miller.

Published in 2020, Anäis Nin: In the Sea of Lies won the ‘2021 Audience Award at the Angouléme International Comics Festival, one of the most important awards in the field in Europe, reflecting the importance and recognition given to the work by both the critical community and the general public.

For me, as letterer, it was a pleasure to work on this book, which style I deeply identify with, given its use of a color drawing technique I've also explored. Technically, it wasn't an easy book to letter, due to the use of lowercase font, but fortunately I was able to approximate the Portuguese adaptation to the original.

Muita brincadeira e imaginação: Novo livro infantil / Unlimited playtime and imagination: New childrens’ book

Falei anteriormente do novo livro infantil em que estou a trabalhar e hoje levanto a ponta do véu sobre ele: O projecto começou há dois anos, quando fui abordada por dois escritores estreantes, ainda com as ideias em formação. O facto de poder conceber e ilustrar as imagens, e depois produzir o livro e acompanhar a impressão, foi factor determinante na contratação, mas o processo foi moroso devido ao envolvimento inicial de uma editora que eventualmente acabou por abandonar o projecto.
A produção das ilustrações tem avançado paulatinamente e prevê-se a edição no próximo ano.

Os heróis da história são dois amigos que fazem uso e abuso da imaginação nas suas brincadeiras… O livro traz consigo uma mensagem de inclusão e fraternidade, e convida a dar asas à criatividade e ao divertimento sem limites.

I previously mentioned the new children's book I've been working on, and today I'm lifting the veil on it: The project began two years ago, when I was approached by two newcomer authors, still gethering their ideas. The fact that I could conceptualize and illustrate the images, and then produce the book and oversee the printing was a determining factor in getting hired, but the process was lengthy due to the initial involvement of a publisher who eventually abandoned the project.
The illustrations have been slowly progressing and publication is expected next year.

The story's protagonists are two friends who use and abuse their imaginations in their playtime. The book carries a message of inclusion and fraternity, and invites us to unleash our creativity and have unlimited fun.

Heródoto - Amostras de Cor | Herodotus - Coloring Samples

No ano passado, colaborei com o meu parceiro Daniel Maia ao colori uma BD que ele desenhou para um projecto de novela gráfica britânica sobre os antigos mitos gregos e a história de Heródoto. O trabalho foi extenso mas colori apenas algumas pranchas e, visto que já passou um ano desde que as criámos, hoje faço essa partilha.

 

Last year, I collaborated with my partner Daniel Maia in coloring a comic he drew for a UK graphic novel project regarding Herodotus histories and the ancient greek myths. The work was lenghty but I only colored a few pages, and since it’s been a year since we created this I’m now sharing it.

The Walking Dead vol.6 – Legendagem / Lettering

A colecção integral de The Walking Dead, publicada pela Devir Edições, continua a bom ritmo, agora com o enigmático Negan como coprotagonista. A série entra, assim, em contagem decrescente para a conclusão deste épico moderno – porventura o mais celebrado e premiado best-seller dos comics independentes americanos do novo milénio, criado por Robert Kirkman, com arte de Charlie Aadlard e Cliff Rathburn (tons).
The Walking Dead vol.6 reúne os tomos originais All Out War II (2014), A New Beginning (2014), Whispers into Screams (2015) e Life and Death (2015). O livro já está disponível através do website da editora e será distribuído este mês.

Como sempre, tive o prazer de realizar esta legendagem, que continua a ser tecnicamente desafiante e emocionante a nível pessoal, pois vou seguindo as aventuras do grupo enquanto trabalho!
